Shipping and Return Policy

Naturally we hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 working days from delivery date. At a refund agreed under your suppliers terms & conditions.

If you have purchased a product from a supplier that we provide fulfilment services for you will need to return the product with your suppliers returns authority reference.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect order, your supplier may require that you pay for the return of the items to us.

We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit nor will your supplier of the goods accept this.
Br> Please note that we will check the goods upon receipt on behalf of the supplier and report to them goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The Returns Process
Step 1
  • If you need to return an item, please contact the supplier of the goods.
  • Arrange from the supplier “Returns Reference Number” (RRN)
  • Return your order to us at the Returns Address given to you from your supplier. You will
  • Please mark on the parcel the RRN number
  • Please note that your supplier cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.


Step 2

  • Your products will arrive at the Return Address where they will be checked. Please ensure your product(s) are securely packed.
  • Please ensure you retain your ‘recorded delivery receipt’ for your reference (we strongly recommend you return items via recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit).


Step 3

  • If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed as soon as possible after receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery. If the item is ‘out of stock’ we will inform the supplier and send out as soon as stock is available.
  • If you have chosen a refund we will contact the supplier to inform them that your return has been received. Your supplier will reimburse you via the same method you chose to pay for your product(s)
  • Please note that We provide a fulfilment service for the supplier and are not liable to provide you a refund.
